"Endurance is more than pacing up and down within the cell of our circumstance;
it is not only acceptance of the things allotted to us, it is...magnifying what is allotted to us."

Application of Some Happy

I know my "Application of Some Happy" posts tend to focus on iPhone and iPad applications, but here's one for any woman who likes clothes and has a computer.  Have you tried the outfit maker tool on Boden's website?  Lots of fun.

Nifty Items I'm Eyeing and Would Like to Be Buying

A couple of nifty things that caught my eye this week:

1.  The botanically-inspired artwork of Dan Bennett (discovered via Diane James' The Buzz Blog).  I honestly can't swoon over these prints and paintings enough. Like this one:

helleborus3, acrylic on canvas
 2.  Something springy like this dress from Anthropologie.  Black and gray are my best friends, but there's just something not quite right about it when the world is blooming.

Nifty Items I'm Eyeing and Would Like to Be Buying

These book boxes from twine (discovered via Design Sponge)

Robins Egg Soaps from Cambria Cove.

This green jacket from Anthropologie.

Scrabble wall art like this (endless possibilities if you made tiles yourself . . .) (discovered via Say YES! to Hoboken)

Easter cookies like these from Sweet Tooth Cottage (that I could order and enjoy without getting sick while making and sampling the frosting and dough). (Discovered via The Celebration Shoppe)
